Returns & Exchanges

At Drakon, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
